The latch to my back door was broken so I called Portland Lock & Safe based on a friend recommendation. They were very responsive, and their technician, Adam, called back and ask me to send him few photos for him to assess the problem. He showed up 30 minutes later, gave me an estimate, and promptly started to work. He fixed it without changing the entire lock, only the broken hardware. Also he fixed a small issue with the deadbolt and made it turning smoothly.
I would definitely refer anyone to this business and would call and hire again if and when I need help with my locks in the future.
