My key broke inside the lock, it was already really bent and it was only a matter of time, so I was standing  in front of my door  almost helpless when one of my neighbors suggested Portland Lock & Safe, so I called them and Edgar arrived in less than 20 minutes. He managed to extract the broken piece out and without damaging the lock, then he made me a new key right on the spot and truly turned a stressful situation into an easy experience.
