Our sliding patio door started to be hard to lock by the day, so I’ve contacted Portland Lock & Safe and Berry came out promptly, he found that the latch needs to be changed. He changed it as well as adjusted the door so that it could be opened and locked easily, he also tested it several times before leaving. Now the door is smooth and secured enough. Berry did a perfect job!
