Roy was just fabulous. I spoke to him about my problem and he came up with the most perfect solution in less than a day’s time! I bought a new home which had old locks at some doors, along with a smart lock that was not functioning at the front door. Roy got the job done perfectly with the new locks being installed and the old locks being rekeyed along with the smart lock working once again. He was very professional and easy to work with.
