Joseph, Portland Lock & Safe technician has been great. I called them after a tenant eviction, and they were very responsive. Joseph came in right away (about 30 minutes after I called), changed all the locks in no time, did a full check up to make sure all the locks work flawlessly, and then he gave me 3 extra copies of the new key. Super friendly, super communicative and great to deal with, also price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
